In the event that you don't find the handbag that you are looking for in our available inventory (you'd prefer another color or item shows "sold out"), don't worry!   Use the form below to inquire on the items you are looking for.  Please provide as much information as possible including items/style numbers, color preferences, price points, where you've seen the items before.  This allows us to perform a comprehensive search in order to compare prices and availability for you.  Because we perform such an in depth search, we ask that you allow us 24 hours to respond with your results.

Please be advised that if we are able to locate an item of interest for you, the pricing may be different from what we have offered it at before due to different pricing of various manufacturers and vendors.  We will always provide you with the pricing before proceeding with the actual order process.  This provides you with the option to accept or decline. 

If you would like to proceed with securing the desired merchandise, payment is required.  Note: Coupons and discount codes may not be used on these items.  You have the option of completing the order over the phone or online.  If you select the online payment method, you will be sent an invoice that is valid for 24 hours.  Simply follow the instructions for payment within our secure payment portal on our site.  Once payment is received (and cleared if via Paypal e-check), we will order your item(s) from the warehouse for you.  This process takes approximately 5-7 business days.

Keep in mind that this process is a customer service of which is performed as a courtesy.  Results vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to your description, if item is still being made, if items meets our quality and pricing standards.  This just means that we will not be able to order any illegal or counterfeit items, clothing or apparel that would vary significantly from our inventory, items that don't meet our price points, or consignment items.
