They do all of the legwork for you and give excellent tips and tricks on maximizing your holiday cash!  You can also find coupon codes to use at check out on deal sites and in coupon books.

Make a Deal
When looking for specific items check deal sites! Sites like Groupon, My Savings, and Brads Deals allow you to look for specific items. Brad's Deals even allows you to set up alerts if the items you are looking for becomes available or drops in price!

Gift Cards
When shopping at popular retailers, Visit sites that buy & sell discounted giftcards like Gift Card Granny, Raise, and Card Pool. These sites sell cards with dollar values at a discounted rate which is like free money! Just be sure to read the fine print so that you know if its an e-gift card or an actual card. You also want to know if there are any additional fees and turnaround time for delivery. You can even sell your un-wanted gift cards too!

Interest Free Credit
Sites like HSN. QVC are so popular because they allow you to buy items on time by splitting up the payments. This means you pay an initial payment & shippong and the item ships out. The best part is that you dont have to pay interest! If you are using your debit card or any other cash method, it could work out to be the same as cash!  Great for big ticket or multiple items. Be sure to check for discount codes and free shipping promotions to save more at checkout. Be careful using credit with these types of retailers because interest can compound very easily. And a final warning is to keep up with those flexible payments by putting them on the calendar or paying them off early.
