All purses, sunglasses, and other items are shipped out via USPS. Order confirmation emails are sent out after order is received. For your convenience, tracking numbers are provided to you when your order is shipped.  To assure the highest of quality, our items are inspected and packaged with great care to be ready to wear upon arrival.

We have a 14 day return policy from the date of purchase if the item is not used/worn and tags are still attached. If item is not used/worn and tags are attached we're happy to exchange your item or provide prompt refund (whichever you'd prefer).  Refunds go back to the original form of payment.  We do not cover return shipping costs. 

Regarding damages:  If your item is damaged on arrival please let us know immediately - at most within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise.  We would never send you sub-standard merchandise!  Items are fully inspected prior to shipping so in the event that it is damaged we will need to file an insurance claim with the US Postal Service.
